1-2-1 Personal Training is a perfect way to gain guidance and support with your goals on your fitness journey. Based on your health and fitness goals you will receive a Nutrition Plan and Fitness Programme weekly depending on progression around your work and lifestyle. Being taken through a exciting and challenge session every week, which will also have variety to get you to your goals. You will also receive regular check ins, to keep you on track and discuss and queries you may have.
