My name is Andy Wright I have been working in the Fitness Industry for over 11 years. I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by making exercise fun and enjoyable while getting results.

I have played sports from a young age and understand how regular exercise can make you feel great and improve performance.

​

I have a real passion for health and fitness which gives me great satisfaction in helping people reach their aspirations, ranging from marathon running to helping new mothers get back into shape after having a baby.

When I spoke to Andy I explained that in the last couple of years I cut back on my training to virtually non-existent and my eating had been massively affected by this, I explained to him what the surgeon had advised, for me the most important things are to improve my health and fitness, lose weight and regain my confidence in the gym. Andy agreed to take on my case and with his help I have started training once a week with him, we set goals together firstly to get me training on my own 3 times a week and to get me eating 3 regular meals a day.
